The new member experience is extremely important to our chapter. Eden Collier, the Vice President of Member Education and Programming, plans events for new members to assimilate into our chapter. Big-Little is a longstanding tradition in Greek Life and in Alpha Phi Lambda. Specifically, each new member is given a “Big Sister” to guide her through this new chapter. We love to dress up in matching costumes to make this special reveal night as memorable as possible.
